Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Skull Patches is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details.
Custom Orders
All patches are made to order based on customer-approved designs. Because of this, we do not accept returns for design changes, color choices, size preferences, or customer mistakes after approval.
Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
We offer replacement or refund only if the product is wrong or not in good quality.

- Incorrect design compared to approved artwork
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged items on arrival
If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Clear photos or videos may be required to verify the problem.
Non-Refundable Cases
